Radio Personality to present
“Formula for Success”

PITTSFIELD — Business Talk Radio on-air
personality, travel expert and motivational speaker
Stephanie Abrams will speak Feb. 24 at the
Berkshire Visitors Bureau's monthly Tourism Tuesday
luncheon at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

In “ Following the Leaders: Creating Patterns for
Success,” Abrams will discuss techniques for
achieving personal and professional success.

“People who have achieved success in a particular
field create the pattern that others emulate to get
to the same place,” Abrams said. “Recognizing
those steps, and then implementing them, is the
key to your success.”

In a talk she describes as “motivational, inspirational
and a kick in the pants to rev up the engines,”
Abrams will present specific actions and skills that
can help any person or organization maximize the
potential for success.

Stephanie Abrams has more than 20 years in the
travel industry, and has been repeatedly named to
Travel Agent magazine's list of the "100 Most
Powerful Women in Travel." She has served on the
advisory boards of Dollar Rent a Car, Amadeus
Global Distribution System, Hong Kong Tourism
Authority and The American Society of Travel
Agents Council of Travel Marketing Organizations.
Abrams is the former executive vice president of
Travel Network and Global Travel Network, an
international chain of franchised travel agencies.

Today she operates Abrams Hospitality Marketing, a
global company providing public relations services,
brand positioning and travel industry networking.
Abrams, who lives in Lanesborough, has been a
featured motivational speaker at Salon Success, a
gathering of 5000 salon and spa business owners at
Madison Square Garden, NY. She also hosts the
nationally syndicated radio talk show, "Travel WITH
Stephanie Abrams!" on the Business Talk Radio

The luncheon takes place from noon to 1 p.m.
Members and non-members may attend Tourism
Tuesdays, which are held to discuss Berkshire
Visitors Bureau activities, provide networking
opportunities and offer an introduction to the
bureau. Lunch is a buffet with dessert, and the cost
is $15 for bureau members, $20 for nonmembers.
