Joseph Scognamillo, son of the founder, Pasquale Scognamillo, of Patsy's Italian Restaurant on 56th Street in NYC, with his son, Sal Scognamillo, the restaurant's executive chef, at this family owned and operated restaurant made famous by Frank Sinatra and distinguished by the quality of the cuisine and warm Italian hospitality served at the restaurant.
