Show to be held Feb. 29 to March 2 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention
Center. Presented by American Express, is one of the largest
trade and consumer travel shows in the country with over 30,000
attendees and 500 exhibitors. The Travel Show offers on-site
booking, special travel discounts and opportunities to win trips
from leading airlines, cruise lines, resorts and tourism boards
from around the world. New at this year's show is the Wedding
and Honeymoon Pavilion with the latest trends and destination

in wine travel; Blue Hill's award-winning chef Dan Barber gives
a backstage look at Stone Barns; PBS star chefs Rick Bayless,
host of "Mexico - One Plate at a Time," provides a
guided culinary tour of Mexico, and Daisy Martinez demonstrates
how to recreate the taste of Puerto Rico for family and friends
in New York; author and celebrity caterer Colin Cowie discuss

The 2008 Travel
Show will launch with a Trade Day for industry professionals
on Feb. 29, offering seminars, workshops and a preview of the
show floor, followed by an industry reception on the floor.
